TPS Neurology Mission Statement

  • To provide quality neurological care to patients
  • To prioritize treating patients as human beings and becoming acquainted with them and their concerns
  • To provide comprehensive and transparent treatment plans
  • To be humble and honest
  • To provide white glove service
  • No rushing patients in and out
  • Not to let insurance or government policies dictate patient care
  • To be up to date on latest advances in Neurology
  • To provide a holistic approach to medicine
  • Will communicate with referring providers or family members as patients wish

We believe that the doctor-patient relationship is sacred, and providing quality neurological care is our highest priority.  To that end, insurance or government policy should not dictate treatment.  We treat patients in a humble and honest manner using the latest scientific knowledge as well as common sense to provide a diagnosis and comprehensive treatment plan.  We rely on more than 20 years of experience and are not afraid to think holistically and outside the box.  Many times the true diagnosis and treatment is revealed only after taking time to meticulously listen to and examine the patient.   We welcome prior testing results and other provider input so that the correct patient outcome can be achieved.

We do not believe that patients should be put through a revolving door of quick doctor visits that lead to a lot of testing that is followed by another quick visit which yields no answers.  Our goal is to get answers to the patients within just a few visits, so that they can move on to enjoying life again.  Over testing leads to wasted time and money, increased patient anxiety, and should be avoided.  Modern testing cannot replace a doctor and staff who cares and listens.
